The best way to m-power yourself is to tune-in to your needs and honor them. I consider it a spiritual practice to meet my own needs. When I'm hungry, I make sitting down for a meal a priority. When I'm tired, I make nap-time a priority. When I'm feeling emotional, I give myself space to cry. Sounds simple, but usually isn't super easy! We all allow tons of other work, people and distractions keep us from taking care of ourselves. The more this happens, the more exhausted and resentful we become. Start putting yourself first. Love yourself by taking care of your self. Be M-powered by some self-LOVE!
